Welcome to The Port Counselling Centre, in the heart of
Fremantle. The centre has six highly experienced practitioners
with a wide range of expertise who provide counselling,
psychological services and group therapy for personal, relational
and work related difficulties.
Our practitioners have expertise in Anxiety, Depression,
Grief and Loss, Relationships, Addictions, Sexuality and Sexual difficulties, Post Natal Depression, Parent - Teen Conflict, Teenagers and Self-Harming Teens. Medicare and Health Fund rebates are available.
The Centre is well located in the west end of Fremantle, in the old Adelaide Steamship Building at 12 Mouat Street, within walking distance of the train station and bus hubs. Parking is available in Mouat and surrounding streets. The Fremantle CAT Service can deliver you to within 100 metres of the Centre.

Andrew Norfolk
Andrew is a Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with 13 years experience with practices in Fremantle & Mandurah, Western Australia. Andrew's primary goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for people to understand what is happening to them whilst learning skills, useful to their situation.

Elyse has worked as a psychologist for over 20 years, and has experience providing counselling in a variety of settings including King Edward Memorial Hospital, Family Planning WA, Divisions of General Practice, WA Police Service, Rehabilitation and EAP providers. Elyse Frankel currently works from an alternative location, also in Fremantle.

Ruth is a registered Psychologist, Gestalt Psychotherapist, Midwife and Yoga Teacher. She works in private practice in the beautiful harbour port of Fremantle, 15kms from Perth, Western Australia, Ruth also consults in the home when illness/disability or carer responsibilities make travel difficult.

Tina is a Registered Psychologist with extensive counselling experience.
