Andrew has trained in and uses a range of therapeutic (Counselling) approaches, namely Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy. He is particularly interested in teaching his clients to help themselves to manage their situations, symptoms or behaviors through relaxation, breathing and meditation whilst developing cognitive, emotional and behavioural changes that are sustainable and personally satisfying.

Andrew has gained 13 years of counselling experience through working in organizations like The Veterans and Veterans Counselling Service - Department of Veteran Affairs, The St John of God Counselling Centre, Fremantle, Youth Focus, Holyoake and The Counselling Service of The YMCA of Perth as a counsellor, supervisor and group therapy facilitator. Andrew also provides professional supervision to trainee counsellors and social workers.
